(04) VEHICLE SEAT AND SEAT ELEMENT PROVIDED WITH A VENTILATION SYSTEM COMPRISING A DUCT. FR 3 059 278 - A1 The seat element (30) comprises a supporting structure (36), a padding (34) configured to support a user and a ventilation system (32) comprising at least one fan (46) and one duct ( 56) delimiting an air passage communicating the fan (46) and the padding (34). The conduit (56) includes a first member (38) and a second member (40) attached to each other, the first member (38) being disposed between the support structure (36) and the padding (34). 38B Vehicle seat and seat element equipped with a ventilation system comprising a duct The invention relates to vehicle seat elements, in particular the backrests or seats, the vehicle seats comprising such elements and the methods of manufacturing these elements. A vehicle generally comprises several seats connected to a floor of the vehicle. A vehicle seat usually includes two separate seat elements: a seat and a backrest. The seat element includes a supporting structure and a padding. The supporting structure is rigid and directly connected to the floor. Its function is to ensure the mechanical stability of the seat element. The padding is soft and is arranged between the supporting structure and a user of the seat element. Thus, the padding ensures user comfort. It is usually covered with a headdress. The seat element may also include a ventilation system in communication with the padding. The ventilation system comprises at least one fan which is capable of blowing or sucking air into or from a passenger compartment of the vehicle and this, through the cover and the padding. To do this, the padding usually comprises a recess in which are housed a fan and a member which partitions the recess. Between the ventilator and the organ is placed a knitted spacer, also called "3D mesh". It is this spacer that allows air circulation from the fan to the padding. However, the seat element is thus relatively complex to manufacture since it requires several stages of assembly. In addition, the knitted spacer generates relatively high air resistance, which has the effect of reducing the air flow arriving in the padding compared to that which had left the fan. An objective of the invention is to alleviate the two aforementioned drawbacks, namely to provide a seat element which is simpler to manufacture and more efficient in terms of air circulation. To do this, there is provided according to the invention a seat element comprising a supporting structure, a padding configured to serve as support for a user and a ventilation system comprising at least one fan and one duct defining an air passage providing in communication, the fan and the padding, characterized in that the duct comprises a first member and a second member fixed to each other, the first member being disposed between the support structure and the padding. The first member therefore participates both in the delimitation of the conduit and in the protection of the padding by being interposed between the support structure and the padding. Thus, the padding does not rub against the support structure of the seat, which reduces noise in the passenger compartment of the vehicle and prevents wear of the padding. The second member mainly delimits the shape of the duct and makes it possible to conserve most of the air flow between the fan and the padding. In addition, the seat element is simpler to manufacture because it comprises fewer parts than the seat element of the prior art. In various embodiments of the seat element according to the invention, one can optionally have recourse to one and / or the other of the following arrangements: at least one of the first and second members comprises a thermoformed material; more generally, it will be noted that the first and second members may comprise the same thermoformed material which may in particular be a polyolefin or a waterproof nonwoven having an adequate compromise between rigidity and flexibility; the first member can also comprise a material different from the second member, in fact, the first member can comprise for example a thermoformed waterproof nonwoven material while the second member comprises a polyolefin material; the first and second members respectively comprise two facing walls delimiting the conduit, the wall of the first member is planar and the wall of the second member has a non-planar shape; the first member is thus easier to shape, only the second member to be shaped according to the shape that one wishes to give to the conduit; the second member comprises on its periphery a fallen edge fixed directly to the wall of the first member; this fallen edge, which is flat, makes it possible to directly fix the entire peripheral periphery of the second member to the first member so as to delimit the duct and ensure sealing between the two members; the first member comprises a housing accommodating the fan; the second member comprises a plurality of orifices forming air inlets and / or outlets; the plurality of orifices is arranged symmetrically; the ventilation behavior of the duct is therefore easy to model; the second member has a symmetrical shape and comprises two separate branches which meet at one end and extend so that a central area of the padding is in direct contact with the first member; thus, when the seat element forms a backrest, a spine of the user is not disposed opposite the first member, which has a non-planar shape, which increases the comfort of the seat element; the second organ has a general form of "C" or " U "; the seat element forms a backrest; the seat element forms a seat. A seat is also provided according to the invention comprising at least one seat element as described above. The seat is preferably shaped to be a vehicle seat. Finally, according to the invention, a method of manufacturing a seat element as mentioned above is provided, comprising at least the following steps: the first and second members are formed and they are fixed to each other, the first and second members are positioned in a mold to make the padding, and - A material intended to form the padding is poured into the mold around the first and second members. It will be noted that when the first and second members each comprise a thermoformed material, for example a thermoplastic, they can be formed from a thermoforming process of the “twin-sheet” type of two sheets. In this case, the first and second members are formed and fixed to each other simultaneously. The first and second organs can thus have come of matter. The first and second members can also be glued to each other. Of course, the various characteristics, variants and / or embodiments of the present invention can be associated with one another in various combinations insofar as they are not incompatible or mutually exclusive of each other. The present invention will be better understood and other characteristics and advantages will become apparent on reading the following detailed description of an embodiment, given by way of nonlimiting example, with reference to the following appended figures: FIG. 1 illustrates a seat element according to the prior art, FIG. 2 shows in perspective a ventilation system according to an embodiment of the invention, FIG. 3 is a sectional view along line III-III in which the ventilation system is part of a seat element according to the invention, and - Figures 4 and 5 illustrate in perspective respectively a first member and a second member of the ventilation system. For the sake of clarity, only the elements useful for understanding the described embodiments have been shown and will be detailed. FIG. 1 shows a seat element 10 for a motor vehicle seat according to the prior art. The seat element is a backrest. The seat element 10 comprises a padding 12 which has a front face 12A intended to be in contact with a back of a user and a rear face 12B. The rear face 12B of the padding 12 comprises a recess 14 which makes it possible to house the ventilation system 16. The seat element further comprises a cover, not shown, breathable, which covers the padding 12 The ventilation system 16 comprises a structural reinforcement 18, which has the function of reducing the risks of wear of the quilt 12 linked to the friction of the latter on a support structure, not shown, a watertight partition 22, which closes the hollow 14 , and a knitted spacer 20 disposed between the structural reinforcement 18 and the partition 22. The structural reinforcement 18 comprises a plurality of orifices 19 forming air passages between the knitted spacer 20 and the padding 12. The partition 22 includes an orifice 23 for housing a fan, not shown, and which is positioned by means of a plastic part 24 fixed to the partition 22. Thus, the fan is in air communication with the padding 12 via the spacer knit 20. Thus, the ventilator can inject air into a passenger compartment comprising the seat element 10 or, conversely, suck air through the cover, in order to improve the comfort of a user. The structural reinforcement 18 and the partition 22 are intended to be in contact with the support structure. According to the prior art, it is the knitted spacer, which has a high resistance to air, which ensures the air communication between the fan and the padding 12. This results in a significant pressure drop. We will now describe, using FIGS. 2 to 5, a seat element 30 according to an embodiment of the invention. The seat element 30, in particular visible in FIG. 3, is here a backrest of a seat of a vehicle. FIG. 2 shows a ventilation system 32 according to the invention. The ventilation system 32 replaces the ventilation system 16 described above. The seat element 30, visible in FIG. 3, therefore comprises the ventilation system 32, a padding 34 and a support structure 36. FIG. 3 shows a direction (X) which goes from the rear towards the 'front of the vehicle when the seat member 30 is disposed in the vehicle. There is also shown a vertical direction (Z), which goes from the bottom up, and a direction (Y) perpendicular to these two directions (X) and (Z), and which goes from the right to the left of the vehicle. It will be noted that the plane (XZ) is a plane of symmetry for the seat element 30. The padding 34 is soft and configured to serve as support for a user. The supporting structure 36 gives the seat element 30 the necessary structural support. In addition, the supporting structure 36 is capable of being connected to a passenger compartment floor of the vehicle, for example by means of slides. The supporting structure 36 can be of any type and can in particular comprise a metal frame. The ventilation system 30 comprises a first member 38, also visible in FIG. 4, and a second member 40, also visible in FIG. 5. As can be seen in FIG. 3, the first member 38 is disposed between the padding 34 and the support structure 36. It is also placed on the support structure 36 and held against the latter by means of a cap, not shown, and directly carries the padding 34. Thus, the first member 38 interfaces the padding 34 and the support structure 36. To do this, the first member 38 has dimensions adapted to prevent direct contact between the padding 34 and the support structure 36. Thus , the first member 38 protects the padding 34 from the support structure 36. The second member 40 is fixed to a face of the first member 38, opposite to that which is in contact with the support structure 36. Thus, the second member 40 is in direct contact with the padding 34 and the first member 38, but not with the support structure 36. The first member 38 has a main wall 38A and two side walls 38B, 38C. The main wall 38A is substantially planar and extends in the plane (YZ). The side walls 38B, 36C extend parallel and symmetrically from the main wall 38A in the plane (XZ). In addition, as can be seen in FIG. 4, the first member 38 comprises several housings 42 which are in the form of through orifices and which have the function of housing other systems of the seat element 30 ( for example a headrest or a massage system). In addition, the first member 38 comprises a housing 44 which is in the form of a circular through hole and which has the function of accommodating a fan 46 (the location of which is shown in FIG. 2). The second member 40 has a symmetrical shape, with respect to the plane (XZ), and extends mainly in the plane (YZ). It has a non-planar three-dimensional shape. In addition, it has a general form of "C" or "U". It comprises a left branch 48 and a right branch 50 which extend longitudinally in the direction (Z). These two branches 48 and 50 meet at one of their ends, in this case the upper end in the vertical direction (Z), and thus each form a separate branch from the "C" or from the "U". In addition, the second member 40 comprises a plurality of through holes 52 arranged symmetrically on the left 48 and right 50 branches. In addition, over its entire peripheral periphery, with reference to the plane (YZ), the second member 40 comprises an edge fallen 54. This fallen edge 54 is planar so as to fulfill the function of a surface for fixing to the first member 38 as described below. This is why, as illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, when the ventilation system 32 is assembled, the first 38 and second 40 members are fixed to each other so that the second member is arranged opposite. screw of the fan 46 and that the fallen edge 54 of the second member 40 is directly fixed to the main wall 38A of the first member 38. The peripheral periphery of the second member 40 is therefore in direct contact with the main wall 38A of the first member 38. A free space between the fallen edge 54 of the second member and two facing faces of the first 38 and second 40 members defines a duct 56 which puts the fan 46 and the padding 34 in communication with air, through the through holes. 52 of the second member 40. It will be noted, moreover, that the padding 34 comprises perforations arranged opposite the orifices passing through 52 of the second member 40 in order to put the passenger compartment and the fan in communication with air. 46. Thus, the conduit 56 delimits an air passage connecting the padding 34 and the fan 46. The conduit 56 comprises the first member 38 and the second member 40. One face of the first member 38 which participates in delimiting the conduit 56 is plane. One face of the second member 40, which participates in delimiting the duct 56 has a non-planar shape, and gives its shape to the duct 56. It is therefore the second member 40 which is shaped according to the shape which it is desired to give to the duct 56. In addition, as illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, the left 48 and right 50 branches extend so that a central zone of the padding 34 is in direct contact with the main wall 38A, planar, of the first member 38. Thus , a spine of the user is not likely to feel the second member 40 which has a non-planar shape, which improves the comfort thereof. In addition, as can be seen in FIG. 2, the left 48 and right 50 branches of the second member 38 have a non-constant cross section and therefore of variable dimension. This section is larger near the fan 46 and decreases progressively as a function of the number of orifices 52 in their respective positions and dimensions. This variation in section is optimized on the aeraulic plane so that the speed of movement of the air along the duct 56 is substantially uniform. Note also that the fan can be used to blow air into the passenger compartment of the vehicle through the padding 34 or on the contrary to suck air. In the first case, the openings 52 form an air outlet from the ventilation system 30. In the second case, the openings 52 form an air inlet from the ventilation system 30. Preferably, the first 38 and second 40 members comprise the same material, in this case, a thermoformed material which is advantageously a polyolefin or a sufficiently rigid waterproof nonwoven. Alternatively, the first 38 and second 40 members include two different materials. The first member 38 may in particular comprise a nonwoven material or a thermoformed waterproof fabric. We will now describe a process for manufacturing the ventilation system 30. First, the first 38 and second 40 bodies are formed and fixed to each other. When the first 38 and second members 40 comprise the same thermoplastic material, the latter are formed and assembled simultaneously, for example by a process known under the name of "twin-sheet". To do this, two sheets of thermoplastic material are provided which are conformed according to the aforementioned process. Otherwise, the first 38 and second 40 bodies are formed separately and they are fixed to each other by any means. For example, the first 38 and second 40 members are fixed via a bonding process, an assembly process by thermofusion, by ultrasonic welding or by sewing. Then, the first 38 and second 40 members are placed in a mold allowing the foam padding 34 to be produced. Then, a foam in liquid form is poured into the mold, intended to form the padding 34, around the first 38 and second 40 members. The foam is allowed to expand until the padding 34 is formed. Next, the padding 34 is assembled to the support structure 36. Of course, many variations can be made to the invention without departing from the scope thereof. The seat element 30 may in particular be a seat. The second member 40 can have any shape. The first 38 and second 40 members can be formed in one piece. The first 38 and second 40 organs may have come in one piece.
